Wondering If You Qualify?
Income-Based rentals will be available to households earning 60% Median Family Income or less. Applicant’s gross annual income may not exceed the following limits:
Median Family Income 60%:
• 1-person household: $56,460 annually
• 2-person household: $64,560 annually
• 3-person household: $72,600 annually
• 4-person household: $80,640 annually
• 5-person household: $87,120 annually
In addition to meeting the maximum income limits above, applicants must demonstrate a minimum gross monthly income equal to 2.5 times the monthly rent. Income verification is required for all applicants.
Ready to Apply?
To begin the application for Odell, we ask that you present the following documents:
• Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older
• 1 months’ worth of consecutive pay stubs.
• Additional documents that may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets.

* Total Monthly Leasing Price includes base rent, all monthly mandatory and any user-selected optional fees. Excludes variable, usage-based, and required charges due at or prior to move-in or at move-out. Security Deposit may change based on screening results, but total will not exceed legal maximums.
